Happy Valentine’s Day Tony and Enzo

IMG_2406

Saturday marked our first Valentine’s Day with both of the boys and our third with Tony.

Enzo woke up bright and early, around 6:30, after not sleeping through the night due to a cold.

We had to wake Tony up around 11am after not going to bed until close to 11:30 on Friday night.

It has been interesting of late with these two boys and their sleeping habits, or lack thereof.

Tony refuses to nap during the day anymore, he loves going to bed late and Enzo sleeps for maybe an hour here or there during the day.

We were hoping that the two boys would sleep throughout the night Friday since we had plans for Saturday night. We wanted them to be well-rested so they could enjoy their night with Grandmom and Poppi.

As you can see from the pictures in this post, Enzo was in an interesting mood Saturday morning. I would call it a flirtatious mood, as evidenced by his one picture laying on his side and grinning at the camera.

The boys spent the day together, with Tony trying to get Enzo to play with him, and they even let me take a few pictures with them sitting together.

Once Grandmom and Poppi came over, Tony immediately wanted to go down the basement to play, but he had some gifts to open. He refused, which I guess is the case when it comes to a soon-to-be three-year-old.

Both Tony and Enzo received a nice haul for the day from Grandmom and Poppi, Nonna, Gia, Aunt MeMe and Uncle Paul and Mommy and Daddy.

From clothes to candy to stuffed animals to books to puzzles; the boys have plenty of things to do if the temperatures remain well below normal for the next couple of months.

We hope you like the pictures. They definitely make us smile.
