The Best Two Weeks of Life and It’s Only Getting Better

Today marks two weeks of life with both Tony and Enzo. We welcomed Enzo into the world on July 26 and have enjoyed being the parents of two boys more than anything.

Life with Tony and Enzo will only get better as time goes by, but these first two weeks have been extraordinary.

We couldn’t ask for Tony to be a better big brother and we do understand that things can change in an instant when dealing with a two-year-old, but so far so good.

Enzo has started to sleep longer hours at night, which is fantastic, and Tony has not been fighting us too much on taking naps during the day.

Sitting back and watching both of our sons grow right in front of my eyes is something that really cannot be described. There are no words for such a thing because there are no words that can do it justice.

Even though babies cry, and Enzo cries, he has one of the cutest cries out there. It is not ear-piercing, but you know when he is in the room. There is something special having two sons in the family, especially when you get to watch their bond grow

I honestly thought that life could not get any better when Tony was born more than two years ago, but I was mistaken. I realized my mistake the day I brought Tony to the hospital to meet his little brother Enzo. Seeing my two boys meet each other, share a moment with Mommy, and develop an immediate bond was one of the best days of my life.

It is right up there with the day Nicole said “yes,” our wedding day, and both times Nicole told me she was pregnant.

As time passes, we will experience ups and downs; as we already have, but the good times will far outweigh the bad as we enjoy life with Tony and Enzo.
